Acro With Andrew
Time To Fly
My name is Andrew Perlot, and I teach and perform partner acrobatics in Austin, Texas, as well as wherever else life finds me.
Partner Acrobatics
Partner acrobatics requires no equipment — just one or more willing friends to explore with. In acro we learn to support each other in balances, counter-balances, lifts, pops, and a variety of other movements. We emphasize safety through the use of good spotting technique and gradual progressions toward the full expression of a skill. It's also a whole lot of fun! To see what acro looks like in motion, check out my Instagram page.

About Andrew
I attended my first acro jam in 2013, and I quickly became hooked. Before long partner acro was my favorite hobby, the perfect melding of fitness, play, relationships, and growth. I've had the pleasure of learning from a variety of skilled acrobats over the years, and in 2017 I became a certified Acro Revolution teacher. I've taught workshops and classes around the country, but spend most of my time teaching and playing in Austin, Texas
Testimonials

"Andrew is awesome to work with! He was super helpful in getting my wife and I to advance in our Acro practice. He walked us through progressions and was great in queuing and spotting. We highly recommend Andrew for anyone who is serious in advancing their practice! 5 out of 5 stars!"
— Travis Swanny & April Jumper

"I had such an awesome private with Andrew Perlot. I enjoy his way of teaching. He's very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I learned more in an hour in a half with him than over my two years of Acro. I had so many questions and things that I was so unsure of as a flyer. We revisited washing machines and a lot of other things and safety issues, which are huge for me."
— Dallas Guidroz

"Andrew is a fantastic coach! We met him at a workshop and were really impressed with him and did some private lessons. He really helped us move into doing more advanced standing poses as well as pops and whips. What we liked most about him was that he explained things well and gave us lots of hands on experience. Would highly recommend to a friend!"
— Samantha Choi & Brian Dea

"Andrew is Austin’s go-to instructor for Pops, Whips, and Whops! He excels at flyer cuing and always has solid content to share. His passion for the practice of acro shines through in his teaching style."
— Stephen Kluchin
